Seems like it should be leak proof, within reason (yeah, bandaids do "breathe"). so, two holes for the nasal pillows and adhesive all around them, sealing the bandaid to the nasal pillow, then secure it to the nose. Aside from the pad being in the way, so it'd take a really large bandaid, but I think it could be done. So, grab a giant bandaid, poke a small hole in the center and stuff the nasal pillow through it, then the nasal pillow into the mask part (with the adhesive side facing toward where the nose goes). No headgear.no mouth guard.no nothing but stick the pillows on the nostrils and let the air blow. You know I have always said that the "perfect" mask for me would be a nasal pillow mask I could just stick/tape/glue to my nostrils.
